Do something that makes you happy across the month of April in support of your local NHS!

With many fundraising events still sadly postponed due to coronavirus, we are excited to introduce Lancashire Teaching Hospital’s Charity’s very first VIRTUAL Super Spring Challenge!

To take part in our event we are asking our supporters to set themselves a challenge from an activity that they enjoy. You can chose to do absolutely anything; so long as it links with the number 30 (30 days across April) and is something that makes you happy!

Our Super Spring Challenge will officially ‘launch’ on Thursday 1st April and participants will have the whole month to complete the challenge they have set, whether they do this all in one go, or gradually over the month event period!

We want our event to be a positivity lift for what has been a year like no other, and is open for everyone to take part – our staff, community groups, families, children and even pets!

The only requirement is that you must follow Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.

What’s most important is that you have some FUN with your fundraising!

The sky is the limit but here are some ideas so you can make the most of your Super Spring Challenge:

  • 30 laps of your garden or street a day
  • 30 minutes of singing/dancing
  • 30k walk with your family over the month
  • 30 minutes a day crossfit challenge
  • Draw 30 Easter Egg Pictures!
  • Play 30 Xbox games
  • 30 minutes of cycling a day
  • 30 messages of positivity to key workers
  • 30 paintings / drawings (one a day)
  • 30 Basketballs in the net

Registration is free!

With many of our events being cancelled this year, we really hope you sign up to take part in our Super Spring Challenge. Your support will help to ensure that the patients treated in our hospital get the very best care, in the very best facilities.

If you have any questions please contact our charity team who can offer any advice and support along the way!
